PRACHAR STEGEMANN, originally trained as a musician, has dedicated over 40 years to following the teachings of Sri Chinmoy, embarking on a lifelong journey towards deeper understanding, connection, and fulfillment. As the leader of the Sri Chinmoy Meditation Centre and the director of the Sri Chinmoy Marathon Team in Canberra, Australia, Prachar has shared his insights through lectures and seminars on meditation and spiritual growth across more than 40 countries. Additionally, his weekly blog titled “Meditation Matters” is published every Thursday.
