The classes are a continuation series so try and attend all four sessions for maximum benefit. Meditation in a group helps in providing a serene and conducive environment for participants to explore the profound depths of meditation.
How to Join
Joining the free meditation classes at Murdoch University is easy. Register at meditationperth.org or leave a message on 0468886040 and then simply show up at Room 450.3.050 on the designated dates (October 13, 20, 27, and November 3) from 12 noon to 1 pm.
