You are warmly invited to the weekend workshop which will explore: the relationship between meditation and inner peace,  music and spirituality and life-transformation.   Attend all four meditation sessions and you will feel like you’ve been on a weekend retreat  – in the heart of Subiaco! The free week night meditation classes on the Monday evening commence May 9th at 7.30pm.  You can come along and discover  a fresh new way of being in this world and take away many skills to help you bring more joy and gratitude into  your life.  Registration is necessary on the button below or via our contact page.
