Brazilian Meditation Instructor Ashirvad to Give Classes in February.

A free three part meditation with Brazilian meditation teacher Ashirvad Zaiantchick at the Subiaco Palms Community Centre.

“In this chaotic time, the importance of establishing inner harmony in our lives is enormous, and meditation is one of the oldest and most successful tools”, says Ashirvad. “I have been using those techniques myself, for over 11 years, and I can see the tremendous positive impact it made in my life. Teaching those techniques, I hope other people can feel the same benefits.”

Part 1. Discovering Meditation: Thursday 16 February 7.30pm – 9.00pm

Learn the how, why and when’s of meditation.                                                                       

Part 2. Travelling the road of meditation: Saturday 18 February 1.30pm – 3.00pm

Learn many techniques to help you along the way.                                              

Part 3. Reaching the goals of meditation: Sunday 19 February 10am -12noon.

Ashirvad Zaiantchick from San Paulo, Brazil has been giving meditation and mantra workshops around the globe for over 25years. These workshops have been attended by thousands of people throughout Asia, Europe and the Americas.

Each part follows on from the previous so please attend as many sessions as possible.
